This is the second time in a matter of days I’ve had to use this page to pay tribute to a passing legend, first with Lemmy and now depressingly with David Bowie.
Choosing a single song to sum up the great man’s five decades of brilliant music is simply an impossible mission – many would pick Starman, Heroes or Sound and Vision.
I’ve gone for Queen Bitch, not because it’s his best or most important record, far from it, but because it’s accessible, easy to play and, most of all, because it’s FUN and he seems to be having a ball playing it.
